The Dice of Destiny
Artifact, requires attunement by any creature
This magically enhanced die wields the power of the universe!
Random Fate
At the start of each day, you must roll the Dice of Destiny. The result determines how fate will treat you for the rest of that day:
d20 Result Effect
1–5 Ominous Omen You have disadvantage on your first saving throw of the day.
6–10 The Die Remains Silent No effect.
11–15 Fortunate Favor You gain a +1 bonus to all attack rolls until sunset.
16–19 Blessed by Fate You have advantage on all saving throws until sunset.
20 Divine Radiance You are surrounded by celestial light for 1 minute. During this time, you have resistance to all damage, and your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d12 radiant damage. At the end of the minute, the die vanishes and does not reappear until the next sunrise.
Sentience (Optional)
Some Dice of Destiny are semi-sentient, whispering faint encouragement—or mocking laughter—after each roll. A sentient die might even refuse to roll for a creature it deems “unworthy.”
Lore.
Legends claim the first Dice of Destiny was cast by a trickster god who sought to prove that even fate itself could gamble. Those who wield it never truly know whether they are blessed… or cursed.
“One roll. One day. One destiny.”

Bundle of Coins
Verry rare, wondrous item
This tightly bound roll of old gold, silver and copper coins shimmers faintly in candlelight. The coins bear faces of forgotten monarchs and whisper softly when touched, as if gossiping about their former owners.
Weight of Wealth
You can spend 1 minute whispering an amount of gold into the Bundle of Coins. When you do, the coins within rearrange themselves to match the total value you described (up to 500 gp).
These coins can be freely used as real currency. However, at dawn, all coins produced by the bundle vanish, reappearing bound together in your possession. Any creature holding or spending these coins when they vanish feels a brief chill as the illusion of wealth fades.
Luck of the Miser
Once per long rest, you can flip a single coin from the bundle and call heads or tails before it lands:
If you guess correctly, you gain advantage on your next ability check, saving throw, or attack roll within 1 minute.
If you guess wrong, the coin clinks loudly, and you suffer disadvantage on your next roll instead.
Curse of Greed (Optional Rule)
Each time a creature uses the Bundle of Coins more than once per day, there is a 10% cumulative chance the coins whisper promises of endless fortune. When this happens, the user must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by the bundle for 1 hour, refusing to part with it under any circumstances.
Lore.
“The first merchant to hold the Bundle of Coins was said to buy kingdoms and sell his soul in the same breath. Wealth came easily to him—but it never stayed long.”

Fox Spirit
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster or druidic creature)
This crystalline talisman hums with a gentle pulse of amber light. When you attune to it, a spectral fox spirit awakens — a sly, loyal companion that moves between the veil of the mortal world and the spirit realm.
Spirit Companion
While attuned to the Fox Spirit, you are accompanied by a spectral fox that only you and those with truesight or detect magic can see clearly. The fox acts on your turn, follows your verbal commands, and shares your initiative.
It has the following statistics:
Fox Spirit
Small fey, neutral good
Armor Class: 13 + your proficiency bonus
Hit Points: equal to your level × 2
Speed: 40 ft.
STR 6 (-2), DEX 16 (+3), CON 12 (+1), INT 10 (+0), WIS 14 (+2), CHA 12 (+1)
Saving Throws: DEX +5, WIS +4
Skills: Perception +4, Stealth +5
Senses: darkvision 60 ft., passive Perception 14
Languages: understands the languages you speak but cannot speak
Proficiency Bonus (PB): equals yours
Spirit Tricks
The Fox Spirit can use one of the following abilities on your command (no action required by you), recharging at dawn:
Illusory Double. The fox splits into three shimmering afterimages for 1 minute. Attack rolls against it have disadvantage until one image is destroyed (AC 13).
Trickster’s Flame. Once per short rest, the fox releases a puff of blue “foxfire.” Each creature of your choice within 10 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you until the start of your next turn.
Step Between Worlds. As a bonus action, the fox can become invisible until the start of its next turn or until it attacks or uses an ability.
Bond of the Spirit
While the fox spirit is active within 30 feet of you:
You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws against charm and fear.
When you cast a spell that targets only yourself, the fox can share in the spell’s magic (for example, gaining the effects of blur, invisibility, or freedom of movement).
If the fox is reduced to 0 hit points, it vanishes with a fading ember glow. It reforms after your next long rest.
Lore
“Born from the laughter of forest flames and the whispers of the moon, the Fox Spirit binds itself to tricksters and dreamers alike. It teaches that cleverness can guard the heart as surely as a sword.”
